Our online returns policy.
We do everything we can to make your shopping online experience hassle-free. So please don't hesitate to call us with questions or requests for detailed measurements. That said, if for any reason you would like to exchange or return your garment we will be happy to help.

Process:
You have 7 days to try on your garments and to notify us if you want to exchange or return for a refund.
​
All returned products need to be unworn and in the same condition as received, tags included. (Please don't remove tags until you have tried on.)

If you have notified us by phone, WA or email, then you can either drop off or courier back to the Kalk Bay store.
​
Once we have received and checked the item a store voucher/refund will be issued.
​
Courier is for your account but a contribution of R100 will be added to your total if you opt for a voucher as oposed to a cash refund.
​
Store vouchers NEVER expire and you may keep your voucher or gift it to someone else if you wish.
​
In the case of a refund, a confirmation email/sms will be sent to you once the refund has been made. Please allow 7 days from receipt of parcel for the refund to reflect.

Please note we cannot refund or exchange sale or discounted items.
